WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO VISIT H48?
The minimum age to visit the venue is 18 years. Upon arrival, you may be required to identify yourself at security.
what is your SMOKING POLICY?
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the venue, including the backstage and VIP sections. Visitors are permitted to smoke only in the designated outdoor terrace smoking area. Please be aware that this area is not sheltered. Our security team will actively monitor compliance during opening hours and may intervene to remind visitors of this rule. Repeat offenders may be asked to leave the premises
ARE PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE?
Hemkade 48 has its own limited parking lots. Our event location is within walking distance from the surrounding parking lots. We charge a parking ticket rate of €15.00 per car which can only be purchased by debit card or credit card. For certain events, we recommend visitors to come on time due to the limited parking spots available (full = full). Should you have physical limitations, it is possible to reserve a parking space close to the main entrance in advance. To qualify for this, you can send your request to info@hemkade48.nl with a copy of your disability card and your license plate number.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN UNUSED CONSUMPTION TOKENS FOR A REFUND AT THE CASH DEPOSIT, OR CAN THEY BE UTILIZED AT ANOTHER EVENT?
Regrettably, unused consumption tokens cannot be refunded after the event. These tokens are renewed for every event as a security measure to deter fraud. Please be mindful of the quantity of tokens purchased at once. Additionally, unused tokens cannot be carried over for use at future events
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD AT THE CHECKOUT?
At all our cash registers it is possible to pay with your debit or creditcard to buy tokens.
ARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
Lockers are available at our venue and are available in two sizes: medium and large.
Measurements medium locker: 29cm W x 23cm H x 40cm D €11,00
Measurements large locker: 29cm W x 34cm H x 40cm D €13,00
Lockers can only be purchased by debit card, credit card or contactless.
*Please note, that lockers cannot be reserved in advance via our website. For certain events, the event organizations will share this on their platforms, if applicable.
WHAT IS YOUR LOCKER POLICY?
Renting a locker is entirely at your own risk. H48 is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your locker is securely closed after storing your belongings.
If you experience any difficulty opening or closing your locker, feel free to seek assistance from our staff at the locker desks.
Lockers can only be purchased by debit card, credit card or contactless.
WHAT IS YOUR LOST & FOUND POLICY?
During the event, you can report to the cash register in the entry hall and provide a description of the object. If the item(s) has not been returned, you can send a clear description of your lost item to info@hemkade48.nl or fill out the L&F form below. It is not possible to do this by phone. Found items may only be collected by appointment during office hours. Leaving your belongings in our lockers or wardrobe facility (if applicable) is entirely at your own risk. Hemkade 48 and/or its management cannot be held liable in the event of loss and/or theft.
