HEMKADE 48 HOUSE RULES

Welcome to Hemkade 48! To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules. By entering Hemkade 48, you agree to comply with these rules:

1. Age Restriction:
   • You must be at least 18 years old to enter Hemkade 48.
   • Valid identification (ID, passport, or driver’s license) must be presented upon request.
2. Dress Code:
   • Please dress appropriately and avoid wearing offensive, revealing, or indecent clothing.
   • Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire.
3. Behavior:
   • Respect others: Treat all guests, staff, and performers with respect and courtesy.
   • No harassment or discrimination: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal attributes.
   • No fighting or aggressive behavior: Any kind of physical or verbal violence will result in immediate removal from the premises and may lead to further legal actions.

1. Illegal Substances:
   • The use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs or any other illicit substances is strictly prohibited.
   • Guests found in possession of such substances will be reported to the authorities.
2. Alcohol and Intoxication:
   • Guests must be responsible with alcohol consumption.
   • We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who appear to be excessively intoxicated.
   • It is illegal to provide alcohol to minors.
3. Smoking Policy:
   • Hemkade 48 is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
   • Designated smoking areas are available outside the venue.
4. Photography and Recording:
   • Personal photography and recording are allowed, but please respect the privacy of others.
   • Professional photography or recording equipment (including drones) requires prior permission from management.
5. Entry and Bag Checks:
   • For the safety of all guests, security personnel may conduct bag checks and pat-down searches.
   • Refusal to cooperate with security procedures may result in denied entry.
6. Lost and Found:
   • Hemkade 48 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
   • If you have lost or found an item, please report it to the designated Lost and Found area.
7. Emergency Situations:
   • In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of staff and security personnel.
   • Emergency exits should only be used in genuine emergency situations.
8. Entry to Restricted Areas:
   • Access to backstage, VIP areas, or any other restricted areas is prohibited unless explicitly granted permission.
9. Event-Specific Rules:
   • Certain events may have additional rules or restrictions. Please familiarize yourself with any event-specific guidelines.
